We are locals who love hosting but also earn a living doing what we love. We try to keep our rate as affordable as possible. We are not luxury homes/hotels with concierge, pools, gyms, etc. We offer safe and clean space. No frills, no hidden charges. Please be kind and respectful to us, other guests & the neighbors. Please read and abide by our house rules. Looking forward to hosting you. The space Location: Prime Redondo Beach area About a 5-minute walk to the iconic pier, fisherman warf, running trails, park, and the beach. Groceries, restaurants, coffee shops, and retail stores are within walking distance. Public Transportation: Bus stop: about 5 min walk Apartment: Studio The entire place, no sharing. Furniture: Queen bed, dresser, closet, couch, 50\` TV (streaming subscriptions required), arm chair. Kitchenette: microwave, toaster, hot water kettle, coffee machine. Please do not flush anything other than toilet paper into the toilet or It will cause a clog. Booking this home implies agreement with the house rules. Guests assume liability for any personal injuries during their stay and acknowledge that the host is not responsible for items left behind.
