The rooftop is private for you and your guests to use. Unfortunately, the hot tub is NOT available for guests to use. Gusts have private use of the whole place, but I live nearby and am always available via text for anything you need. This was ideal for us, since we could walk to the beach and up to Abbot Kinney for food and shopping. There is also a liquor store and pizza place and other restaurants a short walk away. The rooms and living area are spacious and clean and comfortable to hang out in. After being out most of the day, it was nice to have a place to order in and hang out in the evenings. ##### kimiko k.
