The house was amazing, basically brand new and fully stocked. We were minutes from restaurants, nightlife, etc. while we were in town for a wedding. The house is absolutely beautiful, lives really big, and is a barely a walk to both the ocean and the bay. We had everything we needed for our stay and although the house didn't have paddle boards or kayaks, you can rent them just down the street within about a 5 minute walk.
