The living room features a wood burning fireplace and opens to a family room with cozy seating and a 65' Smart TV. The property is fantastic. First, the yards are amazing. Beautiful. And the pool/spa combo completes the backyard oasis. Next, the kitchen is so well stocked. Every tool/utensil you could possibly need to create a gourmet meal for friends or family. The bedrooms are a great size and very comfortable. The bathrooms, well, they are bathrooms and they work as bathrooms should. Everything was clean and well cared for. Also, there were plenty of towels. For inside and out, not just your basic towels, but nice towels. But to top it all off, the property manager, Angelique is amazing. Communication is key and she is great. Helpful and informative as well as accommodating. It’s rare that a place gets an enthusiastic five stars from our whole family, but this property does. Thank you. We will come back. ##### James C. The pool was really warm which was helpful in chilly February. The house is immaculate and had all the necessary amenities. The beds were comfortable and lots of good pillows. The entire stay flowed smoothly from the personal check in/walk through of the house to the suggestions for restaurants and Angelique being available if any questions came up. The beds were all very comfortable and the property was pristine. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need! The decor is beautiful and all well thought out. Lots of large seating areas to spread out. We particularly loved the outdoor area - it was beautiful and the pool sparkled ! This was an incredibly peaceful stay. Angelique was a fantastic, positive energy host with a wealth of knowledge to share about the area. The house was immaculately clean, the place felt retro but current (in the best way!) and the grounds were absolutely beautiful. The pool at night with the fairy lights lives in my heart. Should you opt for the pool/spa heat, it gets so very warm and is so relaxing! The property was fully equipped with everything you may need in a home. The neighborhood was lovely and in a great location with short distance to restaurants and grocery store and short drive to the beach. I stayed with my childhood friend and our kids and had the best time watching them spend hours in the beautifully landscaped backyard and salt water swimming pool. ##### Elizabeth V. Jun 21, 2017 #### Wonderful home and pool This house was a perfect place for our family of five (kids' ages being 5, 4, and 1 respectively) to unwind and enjoy a vacation together. It was clean and very comfortable. The pool and jacuzzi were great too - both are well maintained and kept at perfect temperatures. We also enjoyed the location since it provided us with plenty of sunshine, while still being quite close to the area's many great beaches (Malibu, etc). As host, Angelique is dutiful and thoughtful. We arrived to find a beautifully landscaped home with an attractive, artsy interior. The home was clean, open and airy, with lots of natural light. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was large and had a six-burner gas stove, ample flatware, cookware and dishes, and even a variety of spices and pantry basics that we could use. The pool and grill were very nice and we used the patio table for dining on several occasions. The caretaker of the property was highly responsive and helpful. The neighborhood is super-walkable and close to many amenities. The house is stocked with anything you might need, from a surplus of pool towels to barbecue equipment. Layout is ideal for those traveling with kids (kid-friendly decor, good sight-lines, room to play, ample space in the backyard). Angelique was always available to answer questions and trouble shoot any issues. Friendly, knowledgeable and accessible. Great all around experience! ##### Rehana A. We rented this vacation home for 3 days of relaxation before visiting Disneyland and Universal Studios with our 3 kids. The house was perfect for our family of 5, but could easily accommodate a larger group. The home was clean, beds were comfortable, and the house was well stocked. We enjoyed having WiFi and Satellite TV. When we arrived the Pool was clean and warm. The kids had a blast swimming day and night!! We also enjoyed the Hot Tub. The drive to Santa Monica pier / Venice beach was enjoyable and I'd recommend it for a day sight seeing trip. Beautiful I rented this house for friends and I for our 30 year class reunion. It was the perfect house, spacious, clean, great back yard. It had everything you needed from bathroom, pool and kitchen needs. All of our friends that came over were so jealous that they did not think to do that. Close enough to the 101 freeway for getting around L.A., but not too close to affect the peacefulness of the neighborhood. Plenty of options for quality groceries nearby, made daily trips easy. The well maintained private pool was the perfect temperature (85 degrees) for morning, noon or nighttime dips. Accessing the pool through the master bedroom or the main patio was very convenient. The kitchen had more than enough plates, bowls, glasses, and silverware. There was even plastic tableware for outside. Angelique was very helpful and always available. ##### robert g. She was very helpful and communicated regularly with us in the days/weeks leading up to our visit. While we were there, she was always available and responded to all questions immediately. The house was lovely with a beautiful and very private and peaceful backyard. There were six of us in the house (two adults, one teenager and two pre-teens). There was plenty of room for everyone and the bedrooms were spacious and very comfy. The house was clean and had plenty of necessities (towels, pillows, cooking utensils, cookware, dishes, pool ammenities, etc). We felt 100% comfortable with the home, the cleaning process before we got there and all interaction with Angelique. We absolutely LOVED this home and the entire experience.
