### Beach access 4-bedroom historical home in Rustic Canyon Santa Monica, CA with AC

Situated behind gates, providing privacy and serenity is one of the original Spanish style homes in the Santa Monica Canyon. One block from State Beach and the Pacific Ocean the house is immersed in Ocean breezes and views. Constructed into the sloped part of an oversized lot the offering is a romantic estate coddled by outdoor gardens and mature trees. When entering the front wooden framed, glass door of the house the foyer sets the tone with its complimentary formal, chic elements. From here one is immediately drawn into the breathtaking, historic formal living room framing the gardens through its arched picture windows. The casual/stylish family room, the formal dining room and the extraordinary, architectural digest quality eat in kitchen all relate to each other on the primary level with access to the outdoor sitting and garden areas providing a quintessential California indoor/outdoor living experience. The second floor provides four bedrooms, with the romantic main suite including a "show room closet" that will make any garment connoisseur and collector want to call this home. There are two additional bedrooms and bath plus a separate guest suite with it own private entrance. Also, included is an additional generous perched outdoor garden and patio area with full ocean views and hot tub environment. The house is centrally located to State Beach, Santa Monica proper, the Pacific Palisades and Brentwood. Neighbors maintain that the legendary actress Mae West lived here for a time.
