When we checked in there were long dark hairs and sand on every floor. Visible lint hanging from the bathroom and hallway air vents. There was a weird rigging of plumbing in the mater bath. Low water pressure left a LOT to be desired, in showers and tub. Main bath had only 1 glass panel so the floor was covered with water after every use. Even the door lock with keypad was very difficult to see the numbers in order to open. The wallpaper was taped to the wall with clear tape. Lights difficult to figure out, and the neon sign wasn’t working. However, the host was prompt with responses, because neither the security system nor the WiFi worked. For the amount we paid for our stay, I expected a premium experience and this was not that. Clean and well-appointed throughout. Erewhon and Abbot Kidney were within short walk and delightful. Owner/Manager was responsive and attentive. Street parking was a bit of challenge but manageable.
