Living Spaces

The California sunshine will likely have you raring to get outside and explore. However, this home’s living space is ideal for quiet mornings and restful evenings between adventures.
Throw open the sliding doors and let the sea breeze in while you relax on the sofa or in one of the two armchairs. The flatscreen TVs in every room are perfect for movie nights, and the spacious window bench is our favorite spot for curling up with a great book. Couch potatoes will enjoy the fact that it’s possible to see the ocean without leaving the sofa, too!

Downstairs, you’ll find a compact laundry room with a washer and dryer to help keep vacation clothes fresh no matter how hot the California sun gets.
Kitchen & Dining
Casual cooking and informal dining are the order of the day here. The open-plan kitchen is equipped with state-of-the-art stainless steel appliances and all the cooking essentials you could ever want. Need a caffeine boost to start your day? No problem — the coffee machine’s within easy reach.
Five stools line the breakfast bar and give diners the perfect vantage point while your group’s chef works their magic. There’s also a small table at the window bench for solo bites and group nibbles.

Bedrooms & Baths

There are four well-sized, stylish bedrooms to choose from. Two are upstairs and two are downstairs, and each is designed to promote serene sleep. Two guest rooms with king beds and a third with a queen bed make romantic dreams a reality (or singles can starfish in style), and the twin bedroom is well-suited to friends or kids.
The four bedrooms share two bathrooms with walk-in showers, and there’s a separate sink in the laundry room downstairs.

Outdoor Amenities
The property’s private balcony is a tranquil spot to sit back and unwind with your morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. The ocean views of Malibu are truly spectacular, not to mention the daily dolphin and occasional whale sightings.

Free parking for provided for guests in the one-car garage and the one car on-street parking spot between the garage and white street line, as well as public neighborhood parking so there’s no stress trying to find somewhere for your vehicle after a day out adventuring.

Manhattan Beach is a laid-back South Bay community loved by families and outdoor enthusiasts. Just a 19-minute drive from LAX, it’s the perfect jumping-off point for your next California adventure.

The property is ideally located by The Strand bike path that winds along the oceanfront. The route gives riders a glimpse of modern mansions, volleyball courts, and of course, the wide stretches of powdery white sand that the Californian coastline is famous for.

Head to Manhattan Beach Pier to check out the quaint aquarium, watch the surfers catch a wave or two, or head to one of the many parks and make the most of the sunny weather with a family picnic. If you’re a surfer yourself, you’ll be pleased to know that one of the state’s best surf spots is just a block away and offers year-round swells of up to ten feet! The small downtown area is overflowing with charming boutiques, cafes, bars, and eateries. For some serious retail therapy, don’t miss nearby Santa Monica Pier and Rodeo Drive.
