I only had a few down sides. There was no fan in the bathroom and the window is right next to the shower and shows a bit much if you leave it open. The outside is in need of some small repairs but the biggest thing is that Vrbo put the pin in a much nicer neighborhood than where the location actually is. It's literally on Del Amo, on the "wrong" side of the train tracks. We didn't have any issues but I was surprised when we got the actual address. The bed was comfortable, shower had good pressure, and the TVs are all brand new and up to date with streaming etc. The kitchen had all the essentials and the internet worked great. Its a nice little neighborhood, but it is adjacent to a busy street, though it wasn't a problem. I'd recommend trying the mexican market up the street for eating in. The lighting inside the living space seems to be an after thought. The blinds are all broken. The washing machine is rusted badly and unusable. I was asked by the owner to help restablish his security camera by disconnecting power. I indicated that i booked this for my 87 year old mother and was asked to make sure there wasn't going to be any partying going on to minimize noise.
