Only one issue was that the house was advertised for 10 people but only had towels, linens and pillows for 8 people. In the configuration we were presented, it faced the closets. This was a disappointment.. such a waste of a good view. one other insight-the room with the TV only had a sleeping bed, no chairs. It was fine for us because we are not TV people but if you had someone who wanted to sit around and “watch the game” it would’ve been hard to find the right chair situation, unless you used the ones from the kitchen table. great spot for a family getaway. we would def stay here again and can recommend ! ##### Monica S. It is spacious and a great location. It was fun to have a pool table and we really enjoyed the nice backyard. The ocean view from the second story master was very nice as well and the property is convenient to all the great things in the area. I would love to rent it again in the future. . There were a few suggestions that should be addressed to make the property even better for vacationers. The bbq did not heat up enough to use for our steak dinner. it is a charcoal bbq and we used a full bag but it never heated up properly to cook the meat. Also, the kitchen needs more cooking tools and utensils. For those that like to cook, there was not a large cutting board and there were not enough bowls for serving etc. There were also no storage containers. There was no extra TP in the bathrooms and very few kitchen bags were there for our use. Lastly, just a note that the sink in the downstairs bathroom is not draining as the previous person closed the sink and we were not able to open it back up. We were getting married at a nearby wedding venue in Malibu and this vrbo was an amazing homebase for my husband and I. It was perfect. Large, clean home with lovely ocean view from balcony. Huge master and nice backyard. Very close to shopping and restaurants.
