The cleaning fee covers a final cleaning (after your checkout). ▶ Unregistered guests are not permitted. ▶ We are happy to accommodate small to medium-sized pets (20–80 lbs, 15–40 inches tall). This guideline helps us maintain cleanliness and protect the condition of the property. A non-refundable pet fee of $125 per pet per stay applies only if noted at booking. If not, we’ll request the fee manually. Pets outside the size range or undeclared may incur a $250 fine. ▶ No parties. Significant noise or playing loud music after 9:00 pm will result in you being asked to leave without a refund for the remaining time of your reservation. ▶ Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. Please use the bins instead. If it is found that something has been flushed and clogged the septic system, you could be charged damages. ▶ Our properties are professionally cleaned and treated regularly for pests.
