Please note: There is no garage access. We currently store personal items in the garage, so it remains locked and is not available to guests. However, guests may park two vehicles on the driveway, and free street parking is also available.  
  
Additionally, the backyard fireplace and outdoor cooking stove are not available due to ongoing repairs. These features will not be provided during your stay until they are fully restored.  
  
HOUSE RULES:  
•Please be respectful of neighbors. The home is in a very respectable and quiet neighborhood.  
•No loud noise or music past 10:00 PM  
•Adult supervision of children on the property at all times.  
•No Smoking of any kind in the house (including vapes).  
•No parties, events, birthdays  
•No extra or overnight guests , if you do please ask us first  
•No Pet  
•Check-in time is anytime after 4pm  
•Checkout time is 11:00 A
