Decent stay and overall was as described online. However, communication with the host is excessive with separate emails/ texts/ app reminders for minor details like parking, license plates, guest checks, pet checks, and check-out.The TV and air conditioner in the living room turned on automatically daily, which was startling the first night. The dishwasher was extremely loud; take care to run it during the day.There was a lingering odor of weed throughout the apartment despite keeping the windows open and using the air purifier.The bed squeaks when you move and there were no additional blankets/ covers provided. There were also no additional towels. Items provided were sparse overall, though this was advertised online. It is generally quiet and the fan can block out sounds of the street if you are a light sleeper. Parking in the back and was a little tight but if everyone parks in the middle of their spot it works fine. Everything was clean and the property manager was responsive. Came for my birthday weekend and always liked the Culver city area.Downside: This is def a cash grab building with minimal attention paid to detail. The unit we received was not the one on the site and it was not clean, at all. We ended up cleaning ourselves bc we figured if it hasn't been done correctly before we came, why request the cleaning to come back. In the kitchen and fridge were food splatters and crumbs. There were wall scuff marks everywhere, shower steam droplets on the walls and ceilings with hair stuck to them. Honestly, it was kind of wild. The windows are single pane so you can hear the street if you're in a front apartment like we were.
