The rugs were stained as was some of the furniture, walls were marked up and there were cigarette burns on the outdoor cushions ..quite disappointing after looking at the photos online.our Also, we found it was missing some basic amenities (we had travelled from the east coast for our five day visit). There were no writing implements (not a single pen or pencil or pad), no scissors, and no bar soap (as advertised on amenity list - we would have brought some due to allergies to gel). Although the website encouraged entertaining with its variety of dining sites, there were no placemats, napkins or matching flatware/dishes/glasses. Luckly we only served pizza one night, but it was a disappointment. All that being said, we think it was fairly priced given the space and neighborhood. ##### Bink G. It was clean, well appointed, and had just about everything we needed for the entire stay. The entire house was actually a lot bigger than expected and everybody had nothing but good things to say. Beds were comfy, everything worked, and the water pressure was amazing too! We wouldn’t hesitate to stay again in the future! ##### Justin S.
