The room I stayed in was a queen size bed was actually two twins put together on a frame. I had booked a king room so that is the reason for the poor rating overall, I did not get what I paid for.

1. Parking is severely limited. You may be able to stay in a different section of the structure depending on the day. No one is clear on how the parking works. Everyone you ask will give you a different answer. 2. Upon check in, the Manager or Team lead, was rude to the front desk guy. The front desk guy asked him a question to which he responded rudely and said, "pay attention" in an even more embarrassing tone. What kind of Manager is not willing to help his team? Why be rude and embarass a team member in front of guest? 3. Walls are thin. You can hear everyone going on in the hallways and other rooms.

both queen beds in room had broken/ shot bed springs . and both beds because of that offered the worst sleep I've had in years. not even motel 6 beds are this bad. Check in was a bit of a miss. The guy checking me in was too busy talking to coworkers or other clients instead of focusing on me.. to the point where another worker noticed and took over. FOR A HILTON, WORST HOTEL STAY. only thing good was the breakfast.
