Accueil très sympathique. Chambre assez grande; Salle de bains pas très propre : Plusieurs touffes de cheveux retrouvés dans la baignoire. Petit déjeuner correct prévu à 6h30 mais servi vers 7h15 : embêtant lorsqu'on a prévu de partir tôt. Mais dans l'ensemble, bon rapport qualité/prix pour une courte étape à L.A

Bon séjour dans cet hotel. Personnel sympa tout comme le secteur. A refaire sans hésiter.la chambre était confortable et le petit dej assez complet. Manque juste un rafraichissement de la moquette à part cela tout était ok.

Very poorly managed property. Rude service! I called before booking to ask if they are pet friendly and they said yes with a $150 cleaning deposit. I arrived and then they said no pets. When I challenged them they change to a $250 fee, not deposit. I asked for manager and said no manger available even in case of emergency. Front desk kept asking me to confirm agreement to charge me and I declined. Would not offer me policy in writing. She had limited English language skills and just got frustrated. She wouldn't even let me call Expedia at the lobby because I had dog with me and made me leave. When I reached Expedia and they called property on my behalf, the hotel was not helpful and would not offer refund so I was charged without staying. (Expedia only offered a partial credit.) I will never trust dealing with this hotel, with no one in charge. I found far better accommodations in the area. Do not go there!

This is in the middle of Monterey Park close to downtown and access to other attractions. Near freeways and good amount of parking available. Breakfast is decent with options. I was put in a room next to the front desk which was noisier in the morning. Front desk staff were helpful
