This lovely modern apartment, situated in Phase I of the Nueva Ribera Beach Apartments is 50 metres from the beach and the beautiful flat paved promenade, where you can walk or cycle or just sit at the many beach bars enjoying the sunshine with a glass of sangria. There is an international water sports school close by offering a range of activities and also a kite surfing school and shop adjacent to the entrance of the apartments.

Enjoyed our stay in Los Alcazares, nice apartment located very near the beachfront. Diane was very helpful and couldn't of done any more to ensure we had a great trip.

Super apartment
We had a brilliant holiday. Apartment was fantastic - Lovely and clean, and some nice extras like teabags and soap. 2 mins walk to the beach.
Well equipped kitchen but if you don’t fancy cooking you are right next to Spinosa bar/restaurant on the beachfront. There’s a little playground by it so our 4&5 year old boys played happily as we relaxed in the restaurant.
Spinosa rents kite/windsurfing kit so hubby and I went kiting, and on another day we rented a SUP board to take the boys out-they loved it.
Supermarket 10 minutes walk away.
Diane the owner is so helpful and responded quickly to any queries I had before the holiday and recommended a good restaurant <10 mins away.
