Excellent hôtel
Excellent hôtel, moderne, très bien entretenu. Les chambres sont spacieuses et bénéficient d'un petit balcon. La salle de douche est moderne et la douche très spacieuse également. Le personnel s'est montré très sympathique à l'accueil et nous a fourni tous les renseignements souhaités sur la région. Le parking est facilement accessible. Enfin, l'hôtel se trouve juste à côté d'une rue bordée de restaurants des deux côtés. Enfin, compte tenu de la nature de la clientèle qui fréquente la ville de Los Alcazares, tous les hôteliers et restaurateurs parlent anglais.

Hotel situé pres d'une rue très animée et beaucoup de restauration à proximité. Le parking est gratuit. Le petit déjeuner est copieux. La deco est moderne et les chambes très spacieuses. Une piscine sur le toit est agréable.

tres bon hotel et surtout tres bien situé dans le quartier le plus animé de los alcazeres. la chambre avec vu sur la mer etait tres bien. l' hotel est tres bien situé pres des restaurants et de la vie nocturne. le toit terrasse avec piscine vaut le détour. le lit est confortable et la salle de bain est bien faite !!!! bon accueil en francais par une petite jeune !!! parking gratuit ( c est un plus en espagne !!) bref à recommander !!!

Great location, huge rooms, just needs TLC
This was our 2nd stay after a great first stay here the previous year - We paid £85 a night room only. The hotel is in a great location to the strip with spacious rooms but the hotel is really tired - this stay wasn’t as good as the last and the hotel needs some investment. It is still in our opinion, the best choice in los Narejos but small improvements would go a long way. The room was huge which is great but the tea and coffee facilities were mixed with no top ups throughout our stay and had to ask at reception. Wifi is good and the beds are comfortable. The pool and bar area on the top floor is a great spot for a relaxing day. We really like this hotel it just needs a bit of TLC!

Lovely hotel, rubbish bar!
I love staying at this hotel but I’m afraid one huge disappointment was that the bar wasn’t open at all. I this is really poor when this is a crucial facility anyone would expect as a normal service. Couldn’t even get a drink through room service either

A very good hotel, would certainly return, great location, very clean and staff very efficient and polite, a thoroughly enjoyable 10 days. Only downside the hotel bar was closed, although the small poolside bar at the rooftop pool area was open during the day it closed early so you had to go out to get a beer later in the evening and the pool area is only small so can get very busy. Hotel with a pool stay
The hotel condition is good and the placement is excellent.. .but the pool seriously lets it down as it is up to your knees deep and the average size of a large living room. Also people were drinking in the pool with glasses which is dangerous and very loud music being played to everyones annoyance. No management around to sort. Would i stay again ? out of season yes, but in 30 degree heat in a plunge pool no, i would select a beach location. No mention of pool size anyway so beware and a maxi.un of 20 beds

Modern hotel near numerous restaurants.
Love staying at the 525. Near numerous restaurants. Slight downside I reported a maintenance issue when arrived. Sliding bathroom door was off rails. Reception said they would send someone to fix it. On leaving three days later it still was not fixed.
