Property Summary  
Antico Mulino is a beautifully restored 17th century listed building surrounded by stunning countryside and overlooking a river with a waterfall. The vacation rental offers a covered heated swimming pool measuring 30 square meters with a fantastic view of the mill wheel. Amenities include a yard, Internet WiFi, and parking.  
  
Outdoors  
Guests can enjoy a pleasant walk through the woods, approximately 1 km, to reach the charming village of Loro Ciuffenna, Italy. The property is private, fenced, and features a garden and an indoor heated pool with an unconventional shape, accessible via an internal staircase with a depth ranging from 50 to 135 cm. The pool is available seasonally, from January 1st until December 31st. Garden furniture and a barbecue are available for guests during their stay.  
  
Other Information  
Three apartments are available for rent, all managed by the property owners. Antico Mulino is an ideal location for trekking and mountain biking enthusiasts. An archery instructor and relaxation techniques instructor are available upon request. Group breakfast service is available for up to 14 guests. A cook can be requested for an extra fee. The property provides WiFi, central heating, a washing machine, linen change weekly, and room cleaning upon request for an additional fee.

Windmill "Il Mulinaccio" is located 1 km away from the center of Loro Ciuffenna, 28 km from Arezzo, and 30 km from Siena. A grocery store is 1.5 km away, and a restaurant is 2 km away. The Montevarchi railway station is 12 km away, and tennis courts are located 12 km from the property. Nearby attractions include Castelfranco di Sopra, Reggello, Arezzo, Abbazia di Vallombrosa, Bibbiena, Greve in Chianti, and Monte San Savino, making Antico Mulino a perfect holiday rental for a peaceful and relaxing getaway with access to nearby attractions.

The vacation home is a 9-room house with an area of 230 square meters, spread across two levels. On the ground floor, there are two living and dining areas, both equipped with satellite TV and access to the terrace. Additionally, there are two double bedrooms and a kitchenette with two hot plates and a microwave. This level also features two showers/bidet/WC. Upstairs, there are three double bedrooms, each with its own shower/bidet/WC, and a walk-through room with two sleeping facilities and satellite TV.

The vacation home offers a range of amenities to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay. These include a washing machine, barbecue, and the option to bring pets or dogs (one pet/dog allowed). Satellite TV is available in multiple areas, providing entertainment options. Heating is available to keep you warm during cooler months. Additionally, a microwave and television are provided for your convenience. The maximum capacity of the house is 12 people, with six bedrooms and five bathrooms.

The Mulinaccio is an independent house divided into three apartments that communicate with each other from the outside. It has been beautifully designed to provide a comfortable and memorable vacation experience. The house's location offers easy access to nearby attractions and activities, making it perfect for families or groups of friends who want to spend quality time together in a serene environment. While the house can accommodate up to 10 people comfortably, please note that the fridge does not have a freezer. Additionally, there is no internal connecting door between the separated properties.
