The kitchen-/living room serves as the heart of the house, featuring an open-hearth fireplace and a dining table. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, 4 gas rings, and an electric coffee machine, while direct access to the garden from the living area allows for al fresco dining or simply soaking up the sun.

The house is equipped with a range of amenities to ensure a comfortable and convenient stay. The bathroom features a shower and WC, providing all necessary comforts.
