Exceptional uninterrupted views across Louttit Bay and the Otway Ranges beyond are just the beginning of the experience. The residences offer zoned family accommodation across three levels. Ground level entry is via a double lock up garage with a laundry. The 2 floors above accessed by lift or stairwell. The mid-level comprises 3 impeccably furnished bedrooms and a hallway study space. Both rear and middle bedroom share a main bathroom whilst the master features an ensuite and spacious private balcony with a lovely view and outdoor setting. Ascending to the top level finds a classic open plan layout feeding those breathtaking views from the kitchen at the rear all the way through to the upper-level tiled deck area with outdoor furniture and large BBQ. North facing means there is no escaping the ever-changing dappled sunlight across the ocean throughout the day. It is truly mesmerizing. Apartment 11 is unique with a French provincial meets Hamptons feel. Artwork adorns the entire apartment and as such is suited to those with an appreciation of this styling.
