Large area to meet up with family etc. nice breakfast variety. Staff was very helpful and professional.

Our favorite hotel in Des Moines. The beds are comfortable, the bedding is fabulous. We love having a cocktail and appetizer at Proudfoot & Bird during happy hour; the Hobnob is a great spot for coffee and breakfast in the morning. The service is exceptional. We look forward to our stay whenever we're in town.

Clean rooms but smaller than what I'm used to for a hampton. The staff could be more welcoming but then again I didn't have much interaction with them. The pool had no towels and the basket that had the dirty towels were overflowing. Would've been nice to have towels stocked for a weekend.

The cleanest motel room i have ever been in and the breakfast was one of the best also. The staff were very friendly and i love the check in on you text received not too long after we were up in our room.

Had handicap room, but no chair in the room except a desk chair. Room had small TV that wasn't smart... therefore no apps so could not get Netflix,Prime Video etc. did have Dish TV which had nothing worthwhile on to watch.
