This large, bright apartment is located on one of Lorient's most beautiful streets, on the 3rd and top floor of a quiet condominium without elevator.  
  
The apartment spans 78 square meters and offers comfortable accommodation for four people, with the possibility of accommodating up to six occupants.

\- Large living room with sofa, coffee table and TV.   
\- Dining area with large dining table.
