LOCATION: Less than 5 minutes from the plaza, grocery stores, coffee shops, boardwalk, restaurants, you name it. Craft shops “artesanias” crossing the street and 7-minute walk to beach. We have the best location!! Studio apartment is very nice and clean. My biggest complaint is that this unit was too close to noisy bar on corner. Music went on past 10\. The thumping of the bass was very annoying. Other units in backside of property are probably quieter. Only other issue was that the hot water only allowed for a 2-3 minute shower. Drain was slow.
