Set at the end of a meandering driveway framed by oversized azaleas, The Whitehouse blends timeless country charm with vibrant Southwestern flair. The open-concept floor plan flows seamlessly between the kitchen, dining area, wet bar, and living room—complete with an electric fireplace for cozy evenings.

The fully stocked kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a breakfast bar, perfect for cooking, entertaining, or gathering. A dedicated laundry/mudroom with a sink and extra storage makes longer stays especially convenient.

Dogs are allowed with prior approval and a $100 fee per pet. With room to roam and comfy sleeping spaces, even your furry friends will feel at home here.
NOTE: - Since we’re a pet-friendly home, this means wagging tails and happy paws are welcome here! Our cleaning team does a fantastic job, but a stray fur or two may still sneak by. If allergies are a concern, we totally understand and recommend choosing a pet-free property for maximum comfort.

Guest Rental Agreement, Security Deposit & ID Verification are required before check-in.

Guests may choose between a refundable security deposit or a smaller non-refundable damage waiver (starting at $50).

Access is via a secure smart lock; details provided once requirements are complete.

Unauthorized pets will result in a $250 fee per pet.

No smoking or vaping. A $1,000 cleaning fee will apply for violations.

Quiet hours are from 10 PM – 8 AM.

Weather and utility interruptions beyond our control are non-refundable; travel insurance is recommended.
