When mealtimes come around, the fabulous full kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, an adorable farmhouse sink, ample cookware, and plenty of room for multiple cooks to help out with tasty recipes. Not to mention, you can open the window leading to the outdoor bar area to let everyone meander inside and out while still being a part of the conversation! The yard is a dreamy oasis for family cookouts with ample seating, a gas grill, uninterrupted views of the Salish Sea, and even a firepit for toasting S'mores. Drive seven minutes to quaint Lopez Village for arts and shopping, a farmer's market, groceries, a bite from one of the food trucks, and lots of excellent restaurants. Explore Lopez's varied nature preserves and diverse beaches, go wine tasting at the local vineyard, enjoy live music, rent a bike or kayak, play a round of golf, or take a day trip to explore the wider San Juans. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
