All areas on the property is available for guests to use Guests should feel free to email,. text or call us at anytime Our home is in a secluded, wooded, waterfront community. Most houses are fairly removed from each other and everything is very peaceful and calm. Our home is situated mid-bank waterfront, meaning there is short and relatively steep ascent/decent to the beach on a switchback trail to the water, ending in a bluff to the sand. Upon arrival we discovered we were responsible for stripping and making all beds, vaccuming, running and emptying the dishwasher before leaving. Again, excessive. The property is on a septic system, as is everyplace on the island. Nothing unusual but here you are only allowed one load of laundry every two days. There were 8 of us. Really? Finally, although the kitchen had several nice appliances such as a Kitchaid mixer, waffle iron, etc. We did not use them because they were filthy, especially the waffle maker. Looked as though it was covered in years of crude. The inside of the fridge was very dirty as well. We ate out or carried in pretty much every meal. ##### Michele Hutson W.
