"We are always very happy when we stay here. Our favorite room is on the bottom floor, so sometimes when someone is the room above we can hear the walking around. And sometimes people can be noisy right outside your door. But we still like it here a lot."

"We were in town for a volleyball tournament and ended up having an extra kid. I asked for a roll away bed and I had already been upgraded to a suite! We ended up with a two-queen bedroom suite with a couch pull out and kitchen. We were all bummed we weren't staying more than one night! My only complaint is the pull out mattress was pretty awful, even for a 9 year old. You could feel all the springs. "

"The was an issue with the reservation with Expedia. The young lady who eventually checked us in was understanding and patient. She stayed in the area, assisting others as needed, but was close by in case we needed assistance. My wife needed a room to change in as I was in the process of making the needed adjustments and she assisted my wife by letting her use a room nearby. Eventually all was taken care of. We had our reservation. We had a room. And thought the delay made us late to our appointment, it was not the young lady's fault. Her emotional support was of tremendous benefit to each of us, my wife and I."
