It is older but very nice and clean and welcoming. It was perfect for our family to spread out and the family enjoyed the games and the nice yard. It was very clean and we were thankful for the well stocked kitchen, with plenty of dishes for our group. It was so nice to have many beds for our group. One family took the large room on the first floor and the rest of us were upstairs. The home is slightly dated, but everything worked and we were comfortable. I would suggest some firmer sofas for the sitting room. Some elderly found it hard to get out of them. ##### Terry W. Lots of places to sleep. We loved the large dining room with lots of chairs so the 12 of us could sit down together. Marcie was a great host and answered all our questions in a timely manner. We did not get to enjoy the yard because of the weather but it looked nice. ##### Special C.
