Deep Blue Shore is a large, luxury house with breathtaking sea views, 60m from the beach, Sky HD with 47' flat screen TV, music systems, hi-spec kitchen with granite worktops American style fridge/freeze and free use of indoor pool, sauna and hot tub at a nearby hotel. The South West coastal path is 50m away, Eden project 45 minutes and there are wonderful local gardens to explore.
Renovated to the highest standard, this spacious Cornish property offers the very best in luxury accommodation for families and larger groups. With the beach only 50 metres away and enclosed gardens to the front and the rear, Deep Blue Shore is ideal for families and large groups seeking the highest quality accommodation, whilst having every opportunity to enjoy the great Cornish outdoors without having to use the car every day.
There is a terrace patio to the front providing fantastic views of the sea and Looe Island. To the rear is a large lawned garden with a more secluded decked area and safe play equipment for children including a climbing frame, swing and trampoline. The gardens are fully equipped for family BBQs and enjoying the Cornish sunshine. The property has good access and off road parking for 3 cars.
Deep Blue Shore is fully equipped with the latest gadgets, as well as the Sky in the main living room already mentioned, the second living room has 37 inch flat screen TV with freeview and BlueRay DVD and there are 27 inch flat screen TVs in all bedrooms (32 inch in the master bedroom upstairs). Wifi access if free and there are a great range of books, CDs and DVDs.
The High Spec kitchen is fully equipped for everything that you may need to cater for large groups and family meals. Includes a stainless steel American style fridge freezer, stainless steel range cooker, dishwasher, granite workstops and a beautiful oak dining table and chairs with seating for 10 people. There is also a utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer and plenty of extra storage space. The large boot room has plenty of hanging and storage space for all your outdoor clothes, together with room for your buckets and spaces crabbing lines, nets and all your other beach stuff!
Ground floor accommodation comprises the kitchen diner, two lounges and bedroom with zip and link beds which can be arrange as singles or a superking, this bedroom has an ensuite shower room. Upstairs are two further superking doubles, one with ensuite shower room and a room with two sets of bunk beds suitable for 4 children. An additional family bathroom and shower room are also on this floor. With a ground floor bedroom and bathroom this property is suitable for guests with limited mobility, please note there are two steps from the parking area in to the front door.

PLEASE NOTE free passes are included for the Hannafore Point Hotel Leisure Centre which has a heated indoor swimming pool, sauna , hot tub and gymnasium. Perfect location

lovely spacious property. Easily accommodated our 6 adults and 4 kids. Garden was ideal and plenty of fun for kiddies and the walk into town provided nice views of Looe and with a baby, kids dragging heels and grandparents in tow took about 15 mins to centre of town. All rooms were carefully thought out and plenty of entertainment for the kids. Great base to explore the north of Cornwall.

We cannot fault the week we spent at Deep Blue Shore. Communications with the owners, from initial inquiries, through to following up and returning left behind items was exceptional. They responded positively and promptly to all questions. If you're looking for a beach holiday, this place is idyllic. Located on the quiet beah road with stunning views. Numerous facilities on your doorstep to keep you fully occupied and entertained. The house itself is spotlessly clean and presented with every home comfort you need. All fixtures and fittings are of high quality. The layout of the house allows everybody to get together or offer little sanctuaries to get away from the hussle and bussle of a family get together. The kids play area in the garden is a godsend, where they played safely for hours. You can guess we can't speak highly enough about Deep Blue Shore. We've only been back a week and we're already plotting our return. Our immense thanks go to Dale and Emma for helping us create everlasting memories for our family.

Amazing house in great location

Really pleased with the house Luxury furniture and fittings Huge rooms with incredible spacious kitchen diner. Great location with easy access to rocky beach. Dog friendly house with enclosed garden Driveway is difficult to access when parking a large 4 by 4 vehicle with narrow driveway. But there’s plenty of street parking . Lovely holiday home and will definitely return.

Perfect!

It isn’t often that a holiday stay is ‘just like home’, but Deep Blue Shore was exactly that. Big, comfortable beds, plenty of hot water, despite the number of people, and powerful showers. The house was spotlessly clean and the welcome pack very generous. Emma and Dale had thought of everything. We cooked quite a few evening meals whilst we were there and always found the equipment we needed, even large dishes for things like lasagne. The location is perfect, being only a short walk from Looe centre. The use of the pool at the hotel, just a short walk away, was a great bonus and easy to sort out. The ground floor bedroom with en suite and it’s own lounge is ideal, especially if you have an older couple in your party. When a large party stay in a house together there are sometimes little moans about things but we truly could not find fault with anything at Deep Blue Shore. We had an absolutely wonderful stay and look forward to returning. The booking was easy and questions beforehand answered swiftly. Thank you so much Emma and Dale.
