Our hosts Michelle & Brian our amazing folks. They did amazing job on there Surf Shack. We didnt have NO issue at all. We needed an extra blanket & both of them came over with it. Some of the dining chairs need the legs fixed and the tabletop is worse for wearGreat balcony and view of the lake. Loved that there is bird deterrent hardware above the door frame on the balcony - effective and appreciated Instructions for how to get into the unit does not match what you have to do to get again. Very difficult. Had a neighbor help us and we eventually got in. Instructions need updated. Remember to bring kcups for the keurig if you are a coffee drinker. The Hazards pool that we can usé is a great area to refresh from the heat. But their restrooms are hideous. They need seriously renovated. Overall, we love this modern, clean and beautiful unit and we will definitely be back. Thank you fro having us.
