« Excellent accueil pour des français débarquant en Angleterre. Un grand merci à cet étudiant français travaillant dans l'établissement qui a pu nous aider efficacement comme interprète. Deux petites remarques sans gravité : 1) lumière tamisée de la chambre trop faible pour des personnes âgées n'ayant pas une excellente vue. 2) lit et chambre non faite le premier jour ! Toutefois le personnel est aux petits soins et on y mange très bien à un prix très abordable. Félicitations et compliments pour...

« Nous avons séjourné pour une nuit seulement car le but de notre voyage à Clevedon était pour aller visiter le quai qui a servi au tournage d'un vidéoclip de One Direction. Designed by Isambard Kingdom Brunel, the bridge is a grade I listed building. The idea of building a bridge across the Avon Gorge originated in 1753. The original plans were for a stone bridge, and later plans were for a cast iron structure. "Chambre spacieuse et décorée avec goût. Petit déjeuner à £40, nous avons fait l impasse et préféré un des nombreux cafés de Bath. L emplacement est idéal, proche de la gare, des termes et de la zone commerçante. Le spa est magnifique malgré les créneaux horaires limités à respecter. Un bémol sur le linge de toilette qui est un peu mince et les 15 min d attente pour avoir nos clefs de chambre ( notre chambre a été donnée à un autre client qui est arrivé avant à l hôtel )"

"Pour un Hilton, la qualité n'est pas au top, le ménage n'est pas fait sous les lits. Pour l'accès à la chambre, ça dépends où vous etes sinon il faut traverser des couloirs, monter au 2eme puis descendre au 1er, bref c'est assez compliqué de s'y retrouver. La photo de la façade est alléchante mais c'est juste une petite partie, la partie des chambres n'est pas superbe comme on pourrait le penser. Literie très dure."
