I would have graded this property a "5" as it is a very nice hotel, great location and, well, a La Quinta. However, the handicapped parking in conjunction to the hotel access and the accessible rooms are very inconvenient, forcing a person to walk/wheelchair a lengthy distance in/out and back/forth to the room. Just seems to be designed backwards, especially with limited entry/exit points.

Front desk staff was very unfriendly and continued to watch a loud video on her phone while I asked a few questions. Room was not clean, the shower leaked and the room smelled of mildew. They don’t clean your room even with a 4-night stay. Had to go get clean towels myself.

Amazing Stay
This was my first time visitng Longview, I came to see family. Booking the hotel stay was last minute and the stay was awesome. My kids enjoyed a swim in the indoor pool. The room was spacious and clean. The front desk was helpful, I'm happy with my stay.

The side door did not lock at all. Very unsafe and misleading to say you need the room key to access the side entrance. Had to remove rooms due to the sink in the first room not working. The only positive note is the delicious breakfast. Will not be staying here again.

No hot tub when one was advertised! They have filled it in! Sheets had lint all over them. Behind beside tables hadnt been vacuumed. Tub and shower outdated. Weird smell everywhere! Needed serious upgrades

When i checked in the the front desk girl she questioned her coworker who told her my husband and I have the same last name he wasnt with me at check in and she said he has to be with you and the co worker said if the last name is the same he can check in the lady says i been in the hotel industry for 4 years and thats never been the case but okkkk!

Horrible customer service. I wasn’t greeted when I came in after a long drive. I had to sit and wait while the woman behind the desk was on her phone chatting and showing pictures to someone in the lobby having a good ok time. She ignored me completely until I finally interrupted her and asked to please check me in. Even they they acted like it was an inconvenience. Horrible stay. Rude. The whole experience stunk and I’m planning on contacting their corporate office since their manager didn’t seem to care

The room was clean and comfortable. However, the room in which I stayed was located directly above the dining area and the open lobby below. All night I could hear the guests coming in and out and the conversations at the front desk. When they were setting up the breakfast that could also be easily heard. Recommend the hotel just make sure to request a room that is not on the balcony end of the second floor.

This is supposed to be a smoke free hotel, but our room reeked like a dirty ashtray. Every time the A/C would kick on I felt like I was taking a grad of a Marlboro. The listing said the hotel had an indoor pool and hot tub, but to our surprise the pool was closed till further notice and the spa was no more. I was glad that the hot breakfast was available.
