Enjoy your stay in Longview, TX in this cozy, newly remodeled, elevated 1 bedroom, 1 floor cottage! Located on the outskirts of coveted Downtown Longview, a short drive from local attractions and highly rated entertainment and food. Just 1.0 mile from nationally ranked Good Shepherd Medical Center.  
  
You are located just blocks from downtown allowing a day filled with Roma’s #1 Rated Italian food\*, Oil Horse’s hand-crafted beer and "buzzing" Silver Grizzly’s hot espresso and coffee drinks.  
The space  
The Loft is recently remodeled and designed to be a super cozy getaway for a couple, a single person, or a small family. You will be within walking distance to the renowned "Silver Grizzly" coffee shop, and to prestigious "Roma's Italian Kitchen." Just a 1.0 mile drive to nationally ranked "Christus Good Shepherd Medical Center." A great place to just unwind! Feel free to use the outdoor games, gas stove/oven and BBQ pit!

You will be occupying the entire cottage which is a recently remodeled garage apartment. Plenty of parking is available on the street in front of the home which is situated on an extra large lot.  
Other things to note  
The Loft is ideally located for medical professionals, patients, and patient families attending Good Shepherd Medical Center. It is just one mile away.
