Nothing to like. No heat worked during the night. The next morning trying to take a warm shower the water flooded under the wall and out in to the room and all over the floor. I told the desk and they didn't seem to care. So I said I wanted to cancel the rest of my stay and get my money back. I wouldn't stay there again, ever.

This property was absolutely disgusting and disgraceful. It had bugs, no light socket covers, microwave didn't have a face cover on it, no smoke detector, no trash cans, no towels and no customer service. It is awful and I want a full refund. I have pictures to prove all of this.

Cheap rooms for a reason
Front desk was helpful. Hotel needs some serious updating and is currently going through renovations. Room was musty smelling, fixed it with an air freshener. Room was clean otherwise.

This was horrible and very disappointed. I was left stranded without any rooms. I requested non smoking rooms and non were available. Your app is not updated to fit accommodations or know what is going on in the real world according to the gentleman at the counter.

It was disgusting and horrible. I have pictures and the full story if you are truly interested in fixing this problem, let me know. I'm not wasting anymore time trying to help you realize the extent of the issues with that awful hotel. It should be condemned. The front desk lady Tamikka, understood and I agreed with us and helped with the refund way more than Orbitz.

Not happy
One of the worst places I've ever stayed. First room had no lock on the door and the only way to secure it was with the safety lock. The room was completely unsatisfactory with visible mold and stains on all linens. The second room was just as bad except the lock worked. The smoke detector was uninstalled and sitting in a drawer. We didn't arrive until 3:30am so our choices were limited. I will be contacting management. I do not recommend this hotel for anyone , not even pets.

Decent
They are remodeling it so there’s construction equipment and supplies covering a lot of the spaces in the parking lot. Overall it’s decent enough to lay your head, get a shower, and relax. Would stay again if needed.

Worst room I've ever had!
I'd give this property a zero if I could. My room had thick dust and mold on the vents, and the sink was clogged. It also had a foul odor. When I contacted the desk clerk about the sink, his reply was "you wanted a first floor room, and that's all we have." He expected me to stay in a room with a non-functioning sink! I told him I would find a different hotel and left. To his credit, he did authorize a refund for the room. Parking was also an issue. They are renovating and placed construction materials in many of the close parking spaces requiring customers to walk a fair distance to many rooms.

Checked into room. Someone had already been in the room. Food and marajuana stems on the floor. Bathroom sink leaking onto floor. Bathroom door would not close. Bath tub stained. No coffee maker, cups, or ashtray in my smoking room. Two towels were available. No shampoo or conditioner. Refrigerator did not cool. Freezer part of the refrigerator overloaded with frost. Website said free breakfast, no breakfast, no coffee, no juice. Large 18 wheeler trucks coming in all hours of the night. Did not sleep the entire night. Complained to hotel. No compensation or refund was given. Do not stay here! Your are better off at a motel 6. This place gives Baymont and Wyndam a bad name and reputation. Spend the extra $10 and book somewhere else. I had to personally sanitize and keep my shoes on the entire time. The staff barely speaks english and discussed my complaints in their native language which i coul not understand. This place is a 0 rating if I were rating on a 1 to 10 level.

Wost hotel experience ever.
I reserved an accessable room because I have an autistic daughter who typically has issues going new places and I didn't want to have to walk too far with her. I was given an upstairs room that was so far from the parking spots/stairs we had meltdowns each might we stayed. The first room we were given, the toilet didn't flush, so they moved us to a different room. The second room smelled horrible, the sink backed up every time we used it, and you could only see half the TV because the other half was fuzzy. We just stayed because it was already a lot of work to molve our autistic daughter the first time. When we asked for 2 more towels we were told no, they could only do towel for towel. So we had to make 2 towels for 4 people work. The second night, they did give us 4 towels when we brought our 2 dirty ones to the front office. The bedding and chairs has cigarette burns Ithem even though it was a non-smoking room and the smoke detectors had all been removed.Overall our stay was pretty awful.

Remodeling during my stay
Hotel was under remodel so everything will have changed. Because of psrt of the parking lot being blocked off the distance between my room and parking was a bit long for carrying multiple bags / trips. The room was clean but aged and worn (and is now different from when I was there). At the time the ice machine was out of order, but I noticed a guy working on it as I left. The staff was very helpful answering questions about local eateries.

I was very disappointed with the conditions inside and out. The entire room was filthy from the floor to the ceiling. The tub was not draining. The worst hotel experience ever.

The No Reason To Call Police Palace
The room was not up to par there were a lot of things wrong with the room the parking lot was always filty. The owners daughter was not very professional she most certainly don't possess Great Customer Service. The laundry room was out of order. They are a place that serves breakfast however they didn't have any breakfast for the guest. My money was cut off I went to Nikki and explained my situation one moment she was ok with it the next she wasn't. Let me work money off one night knew I didn't have all the money for next day. Had someone coming to pay 258 for me a week she turned it down then came around to my room and told me I had 20minutes to leave property are she was gonna call police remind u I had not done anything to be threatened with the police I had already told her how long it was gonna take me to pack and leave. The police did come however they didn't say anything to me just circled the parking lot until I left. I would not recommend that place to ah homeless person.

This was the most unclean place I have ever seen. Drugs were in the open, smoke alarm had been removed from the wall. We rented two rooms on a business trip and both were deplorable.

Only had one of my rooms at check in. Room was terrible. Smelled terrible. Bathroom disgusting. Beds are hard. A/C barely works. Saw a roach. Couldn’t use the tv. I will never come back here. EVER!

From the pictures on the website, it looked nice. Cheap,(kinda thought it was a special, now I know that is not the case) but nice looking. I booked for an immediate room after midnight. We get there, and hotel.com has a misleading book in process. Sincr it was after midnight the reservation was not for until the late afternoon. The hotel is 100% occupied and there was not 1 room available. The host says i have one but the tv doesnt work i couldnt get it programmed, if we wanted.

Get new housekeeping staff!
Plumbing issues, no trash cans, tub filthy, no towels, rooms looked like the only thing that is cleaned daily is the bedding. Mirror had extensive writings on it from previous guests. AC didn't work well. Only reason we stayed is the mattresses were actually comfortable, and pillows were decent. I can see past out dated or small damage in a room, but not having basic things in several different rooms is ridiculous. Front desk didn't have access to replace towels, and had to take from another room. Their housekeeping is failing the hotel.

We wanted a cheaper place to just sleep in and shower. That's what you get here. Very convenient to highway but quiet. It's a little run down but clean. Because of COVID19 we didn't have housekeeping, just asked for clean towels.

This was the WORST hotel I've ever checked into. I was driving across country, and my first stop was here, so I was extremely tired. I went to check in and I witnessed what seemed to be a drug deal at the front desk! Not to mention, the rooms were horrific. The tub was practically broken, with no hot water. The towels in the bathroom looked used and had black stains all over them. The bed sheets had holes and yellow stains all over them. The carpet in the room had random stains everywhere. Just avoid this area at all costs. I didn't even stay the night, I checked out 10 min after I checked in.
