"Great place to stay in the epicenter of the Gay Village. One block from the train station. The room was perfect. Comfortable bed, pillows and very clean. The delicious breakfast every morning was a nice plus. Philip and his partner were very nice. Would definitely stay there again. "

"Amazing place. The owner/manager greeted me when I arrived and showed me the room. Not just said here's the key, room 3, but showed me the room, where everything was kept, and how to work the remote. The bed was the most comfortable I have ever slept in. The bathroom was small, but spotless. The kitchen was set up for breakfast in the morning, and the coffee was good. "

"Comfortable and simple hotel (not sure if this qualifies as a hotel in the true sense) for families. We are two adults and a grown child needing a separate bed and this fit our requirements perfectly. Room was comfortable and warm. Beds and other amenities were good. Only issue I had was the carpet smelled when it got wet near the door. And because it was a tad cold, we couldnt open the window. "The property is beautiful, comfortable, and easy to get settled into. The host was not there when we stayed, so we had the place to ourselves, but spent most of the time out in the city rather than at the VRBO. Do keep in mind that the closest metro terminal is 2 miles away; we got by with ubering to terminal then metroing into the city with the cheap unlimited weekend tickets."
