A nice property. Make sure you hire a cleaning crew after your stay. We cleaned the property, washed towels and made the bed. They kept our deposit with petty claims of leaving water bottle, which we didn’t see and not closing a lid to a hot tub. Also, we used more than one bed in the cabin. I figure if you pay for a cabin you can use any bed you would like. Relaxing while we were there but perhaps a different location doesn’t require time of spending inspecting the property for petty reasons to keep a $200.00 deposit. NEVER AGAIN.

Great stay
Perfect location. Cabin was clean, spacious and enjoyable. More than enough space. Lots of games and movies. Nice area to walk with a small park close by for the kiddo.

Loved the decor!
I booked this cabin with the potential fro anywhere from 1-3 guests, and it ended up being a mommy-only trip. It was perfect for my alone time! So peaceful and quiet, and the decor was so fun! I loved all of the old mountaineering, skiing, and outdoors equipment used to make the tables. The deck is HUGE! I sat out there to read and watch the Stellar's Jays at the feeder (LOTS of jays!). There seemed to be plenty of green space between the cabins, moreso than around other cabins I've rented in the area. That was nice. The only downside being where the front deck is, it faces a cabin directly across the street. I imagine there is more privacy on the deck when the trees are full of leaves. The kitchen was fully stocked and the onsite laundry was handy. There were a few things that weren't working properly or that needed attention, but it sounds like it was mostly due to the recent work they've had done on the cabin (ie, Sirus XM satellite down, recent service on the hot tub, etc). They had solutions for everything so the impact to my stay was minimal. The refund of my deposit upon checkout was prompt, delayed only by the holiday. I would recommend bringing a small hair dryer as there was not one on site. I would recommend this place for a peaceful get away. Also, the wood stove and masonry in the ad, are no longer in the cabin. However, there is a quaint Duraflame electric stove. :-)
