Not impressed that bedside light did not even have a socket to plug into!
Staff were really quite pleasant but bar area soulless and purely functional - not welcoming.
Also emails from hotel before arrival really instructive and frankly not friendly and welcoming

The room was lovely. Staff friendly. Breakfast was very nice.
We had a spa package. Been before a long time ago, the spa is now quite dated.
The outdoor jacuzzi was cold. No locks for the lockers. This could do with some updating and the jacuzzi temperature upped other than that the hotel and staff very nice.

We loved our stay here. It’s such a beautiful building and has two great restaurants plus the spa was so good. The outside jacuzzi was our favourite feature. I The staff were so friendly and attentive. We wanted to particularly shout out Mollie who was so kind, friendly and helpful.
