Our bathroom had mold because there is no fan and the tub didn’t drain. It was super inconvenient getting our luggage to the room from a mile away. You can’t drive to the door and there were no carts near the entrance they wanted us to use. Our room was adjoined to a family with a screaming baby.. for the price we were disappointed.

The Boston Harbor Hotel is 5 Stars for a reason! From check in to check out. Every staff member was amazing. We were upgraded to a suite with a full ocean view. Our room was amazing.
