### SUNSET VISTA ON LONGBOAT KEY

Gorgeous 1,110 sq.ft., renovated condo on the 3rd floor in Beach Harbor Club. This 2 bedroom/ 2 bath condo has been completely remodeled. All new kitchen appliances including wine cooler. The condo has a REMO HALO whole home air purification system. The kitchen is equipped with all your daily needs. New luxury vinyl plank (LVP) throughout the condo. New high impact windows with turtle glass. Bedrooms are complete with luxury linens complete with cozy throw blankets and ceiling fans. Bathrooms include towels, bath rugs, and hairdryer.  
New smart televisions (3) in living room and both bedrooms. Basic cable and Wi-Fi internet included.  
Designated parking spot near elevator. Private extra storage located on ground floor – for beach chairs, fishing poles etc. Just steps away condo has a rooftop common area for viewing the stunning Gulf of Mexico sunsets.  
Beach Harbor Club is 5.3 acres with on-site management and full-time maintenance staff keeping the grounds and common areas immaculate. The Beach Harbor Club is a luxury living community in Longboat Key. They give you as a renter access to all the amenities of the community, up to and including: Private Beach Access included with Beach Chairs and Umbrellas, Sarasota Bay-intercoastal access including electric kayak launch. Relax by the oversized heated pool, fitness center, clubhouse -that includes catering kitchen & bar,, library, and woodworking shop. Friendly community with sunset happy hours and holiday parties!  
Located in the middle of Longboat Key. Just minutes to St. Armand's Circle which is well known for its world class shopping and dining. Cross over the Ringling Bridge to Downtown Sarasota where you will find additional dining, theater, opera, ballet, symphony, art galleries, the Van Wezel Performing Arts Hall, Selby Gardens and of course the Ringling Museum. Publix supermarket and the CVS pharmacy is conveniently only a 1 ½ mile away.  
Condo is still under final renovations. The condo will be immaculately decorated including all the home necessities and luxuries. Will update as interior pics become available. Condo will be available October 1st for minimum stays of 3 months.
