We love this area of LBK it's so close to many of our favorite amenities! Everything was so convenient including the beach just steps across the street. The cottage was PERFECT! Fully appointed and furnished so nicely and up to date. We even enjoyed a night grilling on the back patio. We were blessed to stay and enjoy a beautiful week and left just before Hurricane Idalia. Zachary is an excellent communicator and responds quickly. Check-in was simple, and the cottage is very clean. The bed and sofa are comfortable, there's plenty of towels, pillows, beach chairs, floats, and a beach cart. The kitchen is loaded with cooking utensils, pots, pans, and anything you might need to prepare a meal. The refrigerator is spacious and there's a washer and dryer too. The backyard is beautiful; it feels like you're in a private resort. It's also bird watchers paradise. There are woodpeckers, doves, and even an osprey nest with new babies. After a 12-hour drive, it was extremely comforting to enjoy your peaceful garden and an IMMACULATE beach cottage .... not one grain of sand anywhere inside. The amenities are perfect and plentiful. The water pressure is amazing and we appreciate the little things normally absent on vacation. We joked that it was time for a massage when it was shower time. Who has an outside shower with hot water ... this place! The daily wagon pull to the most gorgeous beach was filled with hours of shell searching and the most amazing sunsets. We were sad to leave and hope to return in 2026 as 2025 is already booked for our time slot. We loved this perfect beach cottage. It's an older property that has been nicely updated and had everything we needed for our stay. The a/c didn't work upon our arrival but the owners were super quick to respond and in a couple of hours it was easily fixed and working just fine. We were really happy with the location as it was central to all of the shops and restaurants we enjoy in Bradenton Beach, St. Armands Circle and all up and down LBK. We visited the Mote Marine Aquarium (the otters were fun to watch) and got beach time when the sun was out. The beach was great this time of year since it's out of season and there weren't many people on the beach. We definitely recommend this property! ##### Kris W. The house truly felt like a home away from home. It was extremely clean and charming. We loved the hot tub and our lizard friends out in the back patio! It was in the perfect location and close to everywhere we wanted to go, whether we wanted to walk across the street to the beautiful beach there or head up to Anna Maria Island which was only a short drive.
