This is a very unique Condo/Townhome located in the beautiful Club Longboat Beach and Tennis Club. Only unit like this in the Longboat club! It is two floors, first floor having 2 living areas, dining room, kitchen, laundry, powder bath, and a sitting area next to dining area. Two Balcones off of each living area.  
Second floor has three very spacious bedrooms with balconies, powder bath, Master Bath  
  
Enjoy gorgeous views of the tennis and paddleball courts and views of the gulf from all four balconies.  
  
Spacious 3 bedrooms/2.5 bath unit with two patios adjoin living room, dining room and magnificent master bedroom with short walk to beach, tennis or pool. In-unit washer/dryer. Flat screen cable TVs with FREE WiFi.  
  
Club Longboat offers an active lifestyle that includes eight Har-Tru Tennis Courts (some lighted for Night play).
