This fully equipped condo comfortably accommodates six people with: master bedroom (king) & bathroom with a flat screen TV; 2nd bedroom with two twin beds (can slide together to form a king); second full bathroom; den with queen size pull out sofa bed, loveseat and flat screen SMART TV; dining room for 6 people, large patio adjacent to the pool; and a full kitchen that includes all items necessary for cooking. Late night check in was easy. The beds were really comfortable. Room temps comfortable in all the rooms. The kitchen has a ton of appliances and things to cook. There were ample towels for beach and baths. Loved having the washer and dryer in the unit. The unit has a lot of beach toys, fishing rods, coolers, boogie board, some kids life vests, etc. There are 2 umbrellas. One is meant for the beach and one the patio but if you ask the front desk they have an adapter so you can use the patio one at the beach too. There are a ton of free chairs to use at the beach which was awesome. Beach is clean and beautiful. We did not use the courts or pool, but they looked nice as well. Can't think of anything negative to say. As a suggestion, it would be awesome to have some folded luggage racks in the closets to avoid having all the suitcases on the floors in the rooms. But, that would just be a bonus. Communication was great and I sent a lot of questions. We were in town for a family wedding at another venue and had a great visit. Thanks! ##### Laura D.
