Unfortunately, our experience was the complete opposite.Beachplace was great! This condo and fVC was not! It was filthy! No deep cleaning for years!From the moment we arrived, there was a strong odor and an overall sense of neglect far beyond normal wear and tear.Cleanliness & Condition IssueHeavily stained carpetsWorn, stained furniture (a chair broke two weeks in due to negligence and I fell -no response from FVC!!!! Bedding with holes/stainsKitchenDirty cabinets/drawers with hardened crumbsDishes and silverware not properly cleanedDishwasher with standing waterGarbage disposal not workingMaster Bedroom & Bathdust on headboards and furnitureSeverely worn bedding (we removed it and used our own)Mold in the shower & moldingsToilet that continuously ran unless manually adjustedCloset racks coated in a stubborn orange residue requiring extensive scrubbingGuest BedroomMissing/stained mattress padsFilthy drapes that appeared decades oldMissing and broken blinds (we temporarily repaired them ourselves)We had to wash bedding and pillows due to their conditionWe spent a significant portion of our visit cleaning.Communication & Management -subparUnsafe furniture broke and no response from rental company!
