Not set up for rental

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Local couple rented a month while our condo was being remodeled. This rental felt like staying in your grandparents place while they were out of town! Every kitchen cabinet was filled so you had to put all your food on the counters, old fashioned tv, sofa was stained and old and bath towels were thin and old. Personal bathroom items were left under the sink. This place should not be a rental.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beachplace is a great place to stay. However, I had a guest visiting me one afternoon, and he drove over in the truck he drives for his job. Soon a uniformed man came pounding at my door, telling my guest he had to move his commercial vehicle off property. I found this to be insulting, unnecessary, and not a violation of the rules that were provided to me.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We return here year after year. It is my go to destination for March Beachplace is a fabulous location snd a great community. RVA look after their clients so well and any problems are dealt with quickly snd very efficiently. Love the whole experience. Thank you RVA

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Longboat key is a beautiful spot to vacation! Christy and Corby at RVA were super at corresponding and making sure everything was taken care of! There was a water issue in our first rental and we had to move - they were very accommodating and worked hard to find us a new rental. There were a few issues with cleanliness but I've come to expect that with any rental. I understand everyone has a different standard of clean! That being said, we had a great vacation at a beautiful beach and RVA was most helpful fulfilling that! Many thanks!
