There is a full kitchen, living area with a queen size sleeper sofa, and a bedroom with two queen size beds. It is part of the Zilli Collection. Each with the Zilli touch of amazing view, decor, (not typical wicker furniture, silly beach artifacts, 40 year old flooring, one SIZE fits all, etc.). We call it upscale coastal. The properties are more of a resort, 5 star hotel feel. We own an elegant upscale home next door, a penthouse unit, a direct walk out unit, along with 2 units with the option to connect into one suite. You’ll find everything you need on-site from free WIFI to dishes, linens, towels and even a few extras you may need for your stay like puzzles and soap. There is a pool and a covered area with grills and picnic tables overlooking the beach. Hope to see you soon at one of my beautiful vacation homes. All you need is your bathing suit and a toothbrush. The beach is just steps away. This resort is not a place of public accommodation as defined by the ADA and, therefore, does not meet the accessibility requirements of the ADA. Perfect spot to spend time away. The Location to beach matched previous condos, putt putt course was a huge hit with family. Saw and almost caught a shark. The beach was a mere fifty feet from the porch. The apartment was furnished with very high end furniture and finishes. It really felt like an exclusive resort hotel. The kitchen was outfitted with everything that was needed for daily living…,again all high end appliances and utensils. The beds were the best we’ve ever had in any rental to date. I highly recommend this excellent apartment and we look to booking it again in the very near future. ##### Barry E. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We will be coming back. The apartment is clean and modern with two smart TVs. It was a beautiful 1 bedroom that had plenty of sleeping options for my family! The convenience of the 1st floor walkout was price less!! The inside was immaculate while decorated with exceptional taste! We had everything we needed plus! Loves that there is plenty of beach chairs that you can just pull down to the Gulf of Mexico and spend your day floating in the gorgeous water! Location was also perfection! Close to Publix and all our favorite restaurants, yet once on the beach you feel the seclusion! Thank you to our wonderful host that stayed in contact and made sure that we were well taken care of! It’s very difficult to get a reasonably priced place on LBK for less than a week so we are so glad we found this gem!! Looking forward to booking next time for longer! ##### Amy A.
