« フロントスタッフの方々がとても親切で、そしてフレンドリーに接してくれました。子供たちにも明るく話しかけてくれました。金庫が故障していましたが、夜中遅くでも対応してくれました。 設備についてですが、シャワールームの水はけが悪く、トイレの方へ水が漏れていたのが気になりました。また、バスタブの水が止めても少しずつ抜けてしまっていました。 トータル的には、非常に満足でした。 »

« Beaucoup de bruit avec le système de conditionnement d air et de pompes qui commence après 22h00 et qui est incessant pratiquement toute la nuit. Dommage car les chambres sur piscine sont grandes et lits confortables. Le restaurant bar de l hôtel et son personnel est très sympa. En revanche beaucoup d imcompréhension avec celui de la réception pour réservation etc. A améliorer. »

« The place was clean and comfortable. The host was friendly. The area was close to the main street and within walking distance to shops and malls. Overall, it was a very positive experience and I’d choose the same place if I were to visit Palau again. »

« Wonderful staff❗️Everyone is pleasant, friendly, and have a desire to serve. This is a reasonable “price performer” in a most walkable area. It’s not a luxury resort, but it fit my needs. I was able to find a nearby driver/guide (Johnston) for a fun day trip. Great❗️ I will soon conclude my stay at Rose’s on-site massage spa. »

« I can’t say enough about the 4S Explorer. 4S service and dining (mostly) on a dive boat There are other water activities for non divers but Palau is for diving ! I’ve been diving for 30 years and this was hands down the best diving I’ve ever done. I only wish I had a few more days Already planning for the return trip. Not easy to get to Palau, but honestly, that is part of the charm and the dive sites aren’t over run with tourists »

« Disappointing since I stayed there a long time ago. It’s under new management who have not kept up the hotel. The restaurant and bars are closed. The complimentary breakfast consisted of hard boiled eggs, white toast —no jam, butter, rce jook, spicey rice noodles, picked vegetables, cabbage slaw, Black Chinese tea. They tried to accommodate me with instant coffee and milk. Workers are nice. Basically for Chinese visitors. »
