Nice to be close to the airport as well as LIRR.

Very helpful staff, took care of my mom’s oxygen delivery excellently. It was waiting for us in the room!😊. Friendly as well, especially the young man working in the Bistro. Staff at the desk were very nice as well & even welcomed us back to the hotel last night.

The bathroom was cold and the room took a while to warm and have no good tv channels and the hot water took forever to get hot and you have too pay for parking your car for the price of the hotel room you should get free parking

Hello Yiyoung, I am so sorry to hear the bed was to soft for you. We did get new mattresses a couple of years ago, they are on the softer side. Most of our guests do enjoy this however we do have some that prefer a harder mattress. I will have engineering take a look to make sure there is nothing wrong just in case. Hello Peter, I am so sorry for your disappointment with your stay. Our property, and most hotels in our area do have a parking fee. This fee is listed on the Marriott Website along with the Expedia website as well. Your reservation did come through on our end as a reservation for a handicap room, I am sorry you did not need those amenities. We do hope you give us another chance again in the future.

Everything was good except they don’t say anywhere that there is a parking fee of $12 + tax a day. You just wake up next morning with a new charge on your credit card that the way you will find out.

The room was very nice and clean and roomy. My only complaint was being charged for parking. Every hotel we have stayed at had complimentary parking. The original charge for the hotel was very good but adding on another $13 did not make the rate seem that good.

The staff is very helpful and friendly. Great location close to Airport.
The room however was older and needed some nicer updating. Old Toothpaste splatter on the walls by the sink.

Room was nice and very clean. Bed was one the most comfortable ever. Here is the thing i have been noticing. Hotels now charging 12 bucks a night to park? I could see if it is downtown Manhatten, but it is in the middle of suburbia next to a highway. Didn’t notice this hidden or not so hidden fee when i booked room. I would have picked a different hotel and i will next time. Everything else was perfect. Kinda like how a "pound"of bacon is now 12 ounces. Just another way to squeeze more money out of us.

There was no hair dryer in the bathroom. This was very disappointing as we were here for a wedding. For such a quality hotel, it was surprising that they lacked this needed convenience.
