The staff was super friendly, the room and the dining area was very clean. The breakfast was really good. Different variety and fresh. The pool was nice even if it was small. We really enjoyed our stay there

We stay here each time we are on long island and our experience is always top notch. They always have a good breakfast and the rooms are always clean and comfortable and the staff has always been very friendly and helpful. We always will stay here when we are there.

Wonderful friendly smiling welcoming staff. Great breakfast bar, well cared for and presented well. Rooms are decent for the money. Clean with good water pressure. Can walk to a bar/restaurant that was good. Parking lot safe.

I've been to this property many times and would normally give it 4 stars all around. This time was different. Our neighbors partied all night. They blasted music and were involved in extracurricular activities. It was not a restful time. I told the front desk and they called the people's room. They quieted down for 4 minutes, but then started their shananagins again. Very disappointed.

Horrible nights sleep
Heated pool not working. Big disappointment. Beds are so hard it was like sleeping on a dining room table. I’m serious. No cushion or spring to it at all. I wouldn’t call it a mattress. The room was recently updated too. Nice decor. No fridge or microwave in room. Floor was dirty. Socks black after walking around. Service at desk was friendly. Breakfast was good with bacon, eggs and waffles along with cold options. I wouldn’t stay here again due to being uncomfortable all night on rock-bed.

Two Night Stay
The Best Western Bar Harbour met all our needs during our 2 night stay. The room was clean, the breakfast was fresh, and the staff was very helpful. It is also in a great location with easy access to travelling in any direction on Long Island.

Very difficult to work with if you have a reservation through Travelocity to extend the stay. Nasty woman at front desk who claimed to be the supervisor who only hears what she wants. Finally got them to do it with the help of Travelocity support and they overcharged me - I think - since they never sent a receipt. I've stayed at BW many times with no issues but this pretty much sours me on any future use of the Brand. I wouldn't recoomend it to others

The hotel was clean, comfortable and convenient for our trip. The parking was closer to the room than I expected and I’m pretty sure they gave us an upgraded room. The breakfast was fabulous with real eggs, bacon, coffee cake, and 24/7 tea & coffee with real milk♥️

Great Hotel. The only rooms that are located within a hallway are the Suites, all other rooms have doors facing the parking lots.

The room was quite adequate for handicap person. It was a walk in shower with bars on the wall in shower & by toilet. The continental breakfast was good, especially the belgian waffles. Variety of bacon one day & sausage the next was great. Staff was friendly & accommodating. Would definetely stay here again. One complaint....no Hallmark Channel on tv.
