« Our host was very responsive to our needs. Lives near by. This property is Quite, peaceful, secluded. Morning sunrise over marsh is relaxing. Huge porch, did I say peaceful Kitchen well equipped, nice dishes, glasses and good assortment of pots and pans. The wheelchair ramp is very helpful for bringing in supplies. »

« We stayed at his property for three nights. The host went above and beyond to familiarize us with the area and even taught us how to crab and fish. The house is home from home (has everything you need for a relaxing vacation). Our kids (9-14) enjoyed kayaking in the creek, crabbing at the dock and fishing in the stream. I would definitely return to this property for our next stay. »

« Could not be better! This house easily accommodated 4 generations with 2 private bedrooms on the main floor for the older folks and plenty of room upstairs for our kids and grandkids. A big bonus was the comfy screened-in porch with ample seating that overlooks the huge back yard - great for frisbee matches.This house is in a completely private setting but is convenient to a main road, which was perfect for our stay. Our hosts were amazingly responsive and helpful when anything came up during our extended stay. The fridge went out at one point, and they immediately offered a temporary fridge while they lined up a replacement. « Excellent host, very accommodating and quick to respond. Very clean house with plenty of space, ample parking access to dock and navigable water to Sapelo sound. Quiet neighborhood with minimal traffic for a peaceful getaway. Kitchen is nice and well supplied with items for food prep even though we mostly ate at local restaurants. Basically it checks all of our boxes and we plan to return. »
