### RELAXING & QUAINT! Walk to Beach, Fenced in Yard, Updated, Clean, Pet Friendly
One small dog up to 20 lbs allowed but must be pre-approved before booking. $50 pet fee. We sometimes make exceptions to this policy. Message us with details about your situation to see if we will make an exception. No cats or any other kind of animal.
Welcome to the Magnolia Beach Bungalow, your home away from home! My husband and I live nearby and personally manage this home. We make sure everything runs smoothly and that you have everything you need. This 2 bedroom 1 bath home has been completely remodeled with new floors, bathroom, appliances, kitchen, and paint. All new furnishings too. The beach is just 2 blocks away. There are 2 Roku TVs in the home that include DirecTV streaming service. There is a large assortment of books and games. You will definitely get a good night's rest as all of the bedrooms feature top of the line 12" memory foam mattresses and very soft 680 thread count sheets. Extra blankets and pillows are provided. We also provide beach towels, wagon, beach toys, cooler, and chairs. For those traveling with children, there is a play pen, toys, and high chair. There is a hair dryer, make up mirror, soap and shampoo, and nonslip bath mat in the bathroom. There are also 2 extra fans.
The kitchen is well equipped and has everything you need to cook a family meal. There is a 12 piece pots and pan set, a variety of baking dishes and utensils, instant pot, crock pot, mixer, blender, toaster, waffle maker, K-Kup coffee maker, and traditional coffee maker.
The home has high speed WiFi connected to a mesh router to provide a strong WiFi signal throughout the house. The data speed varies from approximately 100 Mbps - 500 Mbps depending on your device's proximity to the router.
There is a desk and office chair in case you need to do some work while here.
There is a Pack n' Play travel crib.
The Magnolia Beach Bungalow is within walking distance to the beachfront with 26 miles of white sand beaches to enjoy. The Bungalow is 2 blocks from the beachfront and within walking distance to downtown Long Beach, restaurants, etc.
Two vehicles maximum allowed. A trailer counts as a vehicle.
Welcome to the Magnolia Beach Bungalow - your home away from home! This house is completely remodeled with new floors, paint, appliances, and bathroom. Just a short walk to the beach with fenced in yard. All new furniture. High speed internet and 2 TVs with Hulu streaming. The master bedroom has a king size 12" premium memory foam mattress and the other bedroom has 2 twin 12" premium memory foam mattresses. All the beds have soft 680 thread count bedding. There is a TV in the master bedroom. The spacious living room has a sectional couch, recliner, and workstation with desk and chair. The kitchen has everything you need to cook a complete meal including a traditional coffee maker, K Kup coffee maker, instant pot, blender, toaster, mixer, crockpot, baking dishes, and more. The fenced in backyard has a propane grill and picnic table. There are lots of things provided for the beach such as cooler, chairs, sun lounger, wagon, toys, beach blanket, and more. There is a full size washer and dryer, ironing board, and iron.

This was a great little house and perfectly located! We were walking distance to quiet beach, and close drive to GulPirt , Biloxie. PassChristian, ocean Springs and Bay St.Louis! Amazing restaurants with awesome food close by and a great little ice cream shop a couple blocks away!

#### Great for short trip with our small poodle.
When we decided to visit the Gulfport area, I started looking at hotels, but because dogs can’t go on tours or in restaurants, I needed a place where he could be safe in his pack&play or crate without bothering other people if he barked. The house was perfect for what we needed: clean, comfortable, and with a fenced-in backyard. My only problem was with the streaming TV. Not on my resume. Lori the host was very nice and helpful. We were very pleased and will be back.

The house was prefect. I loved how clean & tidy everything was. Bed linen and towels were nice. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. There were board games for the kids. My absolute favorite was the recommendation guide the owner sent after booking. We used several of her suggestions and were very happy with them! It made it so easy to plan our stay or even pick something spur of the moment to do. I loved that she included so many things only a local would know! Plus, the location was fabulous! You can see the ocean from the road in front of the house! We easily did things from Bay St. Louis to Gulf Port with a short drive. The backyard was nice and the shed really had everything we could possibly need for the beach for our kids. The wagon made it so easy! Just bring your sunscreen and you're ready to go!

#### A Perfect Cottage in a Cute Beach Town
We've been going to Long Beach for 40 years (my wife's home town) and I've stayed in a lot of places. This cottage was perfect! The well-stocked kitchen let us bake cookies. The shades on the windows were very functional. The beds were very comfortable! Our little dog enjoyed the backyard. The beach is just a short walk, as is downtown Long Beach. We walked to Bankhouse Coffee, Serendipity Ice Cream, and some restaurants. We felt like we were at home and living in a neighborhood. On all our future trips to the Coast, we hope to stay here!

My family and I stayed for a week in this lovely home. The house was clean, cozy, and had every amenity we needed for an enjoyable stay. The beds were super comfortable, and the location was great. The beach and the main street (Jeff Davis Ave) were very close and were easily accessed by foot, although I must admit it was so hot we only walked a couple of times. Thank goodness the air conditioning in the house worked great....nice, cool, and comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again.

We were a quick walk to the beach, a mile to the grocery store, and a quick drive to Biloxi. We drove 2 hours to Panama Beach one day and 2 hours to New Orleans another. The house was well furnished with everything we needed.

Very pleased with this property. Short walk to what felt like a private beach made easier with the beach wagon & umbrella (located in shed). The home was extremely tidy with a fully equipped kitchen including Tupperware for left overs. Bathroom had plenty of towels & the living room was very spacious. The king bed is memory foam, not my jam but it worked. All windows had nice blinds for privacy. Whole house was nicely decorated in a relaxing beach theme. Only down side was the train that runs one block north. Trains don’t bother me but it woke the teens in middle of the night. Host reached out during stay & had a great, very detailed book about the town history, restaurant recommendations & awesome itineraries for activities. We heeded her recommendation to prepurchse our parking when we went to New Orleans. I would highly recommend this rental!

When I walked in to the home, I was so happy I had rented this place. The home was exceptionally clean and super super cute. There were hangers in the closet with extra pillows and extra blankets and an oscillating fan. Those are things that so many don’t think of but someone renting for many days or even just one night may need And was greatly appreciated. Communication was exceptional with Lori. I will definitely plan another trip to rent specifically from Lori.
